Hi, I’m MaKyle Mares, a graphic, web and motion designer. I enjoy solving problems with design; whether it be a some graphics, a logo or a website. Ultimately, I work to connect people with brands and businesses through design.
After graduating from Morgan Community College studying Multimedia in 2019 I have worked in the printing industry. Working in the industry for a while I started a branding/marketing business, BOSS Marketing, with a work associate in late 2019. Furthermore, in mid-2020 I also was one of the founding partners for the animation studio, Animetion Studios.
Continuing to work as a print & laser engraving technician at Fort Morgan businesses, KCs Graphics & Double R Embroidery respectively.
Furthermore, I served in a role as a Publication Assistant on numerous manga titles under studios Kodansha and Viz Media until mid-2023.
Additionally, I am part of a joint venture with a music group, Filthy Limericks, where I am the art director.
From there, I transitioned into the Executive Director/Main Street Manager role for a local Non-Profit, Brush! Area Chamber of Commerce & its sibling organization, the Brush! Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation which also oversees the local Main Street Program through Colorado Main Street.
